SHORTLISTED IN “WOMEN IN TECHNOLOGY” CATEGORY

Jenny Armstrong, founder of Digitally Strong, was honoured to be shortlisted in the “Women in Technology” category at the 2019 “Women Mean Business” Awards for her work with Diageo Ireland’s Brand Homes.

The WMB Woman in Technology Award honours women who have contributed to the success of their company through innovation and leadership, and a clear demonstration of aptitude and passion in the technology field. This category was created to recognise the immense importance of encouraging more women into careers in technology and STEM.

The awards ceremony was held at the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin in a closely contested category whose nominees also included Microsoft  and Johnson & Johnson. Huge congratulations to all nominees and the overall winner, Lorna Martyn, SVP and Head of Technology at Fidelity Investments.
